i need to know where i can get TRS drive parts, HELP

You ought to be able to pick some up in the late 1980's.

And here is a complete set that might be worth you picking up, and then using your old drives as "parts" drives.

PM and tell me what you need. I have a lot of parts that I stockpile for my own drives. They havn't broke yet, but I'll share.

General Rule of Thumb - 15k/side.

Retail for full conversion (including transom assemblies) is under 12k per side.

Kurt, the TRS transom assembly works for the Konrad correct? So now Robert would be down to under 10k a side right?

Konrad has priced the TRS replacement package so it really makes sence to buy the full conversion.
Basically, if you opt for the full conversion, you get a brand new complete transom assembly, including heavy duty trim rams, for only $1800 more.

But to answer your question, yes, drive only is @10k per side

A full conversion can be handled within a days work. :D
