Why has this not sold?

Boat looks to be extremely clean, has nice decent power, it looks to be a nice straight bottom t/g. What type of speeds would you see with this set up??

Anyone personally seen/been on or around the boat??:D

That seems to be about the only decent explanation.

Aside from the standard - Season's over, boat market is down, gas prices are up yada yada yada....

RJATX71 10-22-2007 09:15 AM

It seems to be extremely clean. It has been in the classifieds for a very long time.

Hasn't had the updates that many of the boats have. Old gauges, all the teak, TRS drives, old style bolsters, old style deck rail. Probably about 10K overpriced to move in todays market. May do better in spring.

How much would that boat weight?

Thanks. I have a 12,000 pound lift under my Bullet. I was just wondering how much boat I can put on it.

I ran next to that boat on a Catalina trip.

It is very nice and with the fresh power i also can't understand why it has not sold

hmmm... thanks for the info.

Just wondering what would be a ball park figure for upgrading the TRS outdrives to say bravo xr??

Cheaper to buy 2 Konrads and bolt them strait on. Better drive than the bravo and handle more power. that is an advantage to the boat.

Griff 10-22-2007 11:53 PM

To me, the TRS's are the only real draw back. Not because I think they are a bad drive, but because I can't just call and have one the next day if I need it. I think if it had bravos, it would have been sold a long time ago. I have to agree though that Knorads are the way to go and would cost about 20k to do. You could recoup probably 6-7k of that by selling the TRS's.

The guages, rails, teak would not be a huge deal to me. Those could be changed out as $$ allow and aren't the huge expense of the drive conversion.

The boat should run low 70's. Still a lot of boat for the money.

shoregasm 12-13-2007 01:41 PM

TRS....one great reason its still sitting. Will cost you about 30K no matter which way you convert it.....I personally did my 93 and it really does run up the tab no matter what you think you will spend.

motownjim 12-15-2007 04:30 PM

a coworker of mine looked at it personally and told me the boat was immaculate inside and out

mkramer 12-19-2007 09:18 AM
