Yes they are Eickert 2 piece valve covers. Are you talking about the intake maifolds or exhaust with the bake on finish? Intake is the edelbrock permatex and the exhaust are Gil.

Eickert valve covers have a mount plate that bolts to the head and also houses the plumbing and nozzles for the spring oiling system. The top cover is held on with 2 large thumbscrews, one at each end.
