Boat is absolutely gorgeous. I ran that boat last summer. I have brand new cockpit and bow cover if interested. Good luck you got a good one.

What does that weigh wet?

not entirely sure as I've never weighed it but was told 7500lbs and I think that's pretty accurate. It feels like a motocross bike compared to my Top Gun

Looking good Kurt!

I'd love to have a 30. Just can't justify the price compared to a gun :o

Thanks Tank!

Having owned both, I like the Mystique much better than the 'Gun. It's nimble, very fast and incredibly efficient. As long as I keep out boost, it's amazing on fuel.

That is a good looking 39, congrats. We are going down to the Miami boat show next month, and are planning on a visit to Lip ship while we are there. Mines not a Lip ship, but I'm sure We will walk out of there with a few accessories. Will that make mine a Lip ship? LOL

thisistank 01-30-2017 11:37 AM

Happy birthday Philly!

Kurt all three pics are beautiful. I think the one on the lift is my favorite :-)

That's similar to what I say about the Gladiator...except I use Corvettte. The 20 is a go-cart...

Ricks (onesickgladiators) old boat. Great history. Phil spares nothing completely rebuilding her. Second max built after rio roses was transformed into the first Maximus. Phil originally built RR for himself but tom bought it from him after it was done. He then built Big Max for himself but Rick bought it from Phil before it was completed. This ones SICK. 1 of only 5 Maximus' (aka monster gladiators) built.

Retiring to an inland lake and a full size Gun would be too much--got me thinking!

Nice!! Was that built by cigarette and then redone by lipship? Or was that one of the ones lipship built when they bought the molds off of cigarette? Either way, post more pics. :drool1:

What’s up Jack? Yes, it was. Original name was Up Roar. He traded it to Fastboats and built a 43 NT Cat.

I looked at it when I bought mine, at that time the owner was David Inigyo (sp)... it was always well taken care of. back then it was a 575 xr boat

You guys have some beautiful places to boat up there in New England. I wish we would’ve had more time to explore last week when we picked up the Tiger.
It’s a long haul towing but I’d love to come back up and spend some time chasing down delicious New England table fare in the Tiger.
We ate lots of yummy stuff and enjoyed several different local craft beers on our recent visit.
Awesome part of the country and we met a ton of great people and made new friends.

Congratulations! Kendall is well. We are going to take a year off for KW too. I will most likely sell the Lip-Ship boat in the Spring unless someone has to have it sooner. Want to have a little diversity in the stable instead of two TG's lol.

This is a 2002 Lipship original which was the Miami Boat Show boat. Got an opportunity to meet Phil a few years ago and am greatful to own one of his masterpieces. Level of detail is second to none. https://cimg6.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...d6ce691e13.jpghttps://cimg8.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...f19a2b1d39.jpg

The old school logo in my boat before the interior upgrade, I put the speedo in the location of the old logo but since I still wanted it somewhere we came up with this!
