New 20 Cig owner

Just purchased my first Cigarette, a 1978 20' beauty.
I need new, original style Cigarette logos for the hull, and a logo for the steering wheel. Would appreciate any advice concerning websites/places to purchase such items.
Interested in communicating with other classic 20 Cig owners.

Many thanks!!!!

Original script logos like these?

BRG Donzi 09-30-2008 09:00 PM

Yeah, it was probably the second of the 2 logos. That's the one I need. What size did the 20 Cig have?

BTW, the boat is blue sides, white bottom. As seen in the 1978 literature as well as pg 114 in book Don Aronow, The King of Thunderboat Row

Pics will be coming soon! Go Cig 20 Navy!

Bill - it's turning into a real problem...just picked up real nice 69' Donzi Corsican...anybody know a a good rehabilitation center for vintage perf boat junkies!!!?

olredalert 10-01-2008 08:24 PM

------I was over over on the "D" sight and noticed your new addition. I have had three Corsicans (#21, #31, #54). Marios (#31)was mine before it was his! Love the C-boats but my back just wont put up with an 18 anymore. My first was a 69 I bought in 1971 and was black like yours. They never had a purple. Black was very cool. Mine had saddle upholstery. The 1st Corsican (serial #1) was the "DONZI" New York showboat and was black. It resides with the second owner in a suburb outside Boston. Owners name is Ken and its a H/M Volvo.
------By the way I have a spare windshield of Marios still in the shipping container. Would sell for what I paid plus shipping but will have to check with Mario for what that amount was as Ive forgotten. Its ready to send. Good luck with it.
------Have an El Pescador and a Spitfire now!!! Will be out of touch until next Monday if you get back to me........Bill S
