That most likely is NOT a scam. Prices that were sure to be scams a year ago are now just a good prices :traurig001:

That is a hell of alot of boat for the price, also says free shipping!!!

Id say its a scam. Remember the boat was sold to someone on LI then the drives were stolen. Then it went back to FL and CMS had it listed for sale with no drives for like 130k or something. The ad from CMS is still either on here or boattrader. So id say its a scam.

The free shipping line almost always means scam. That way, they get you to pay for it before you ever see it.
Also, the phone number is a fax line for a business. That way, you have to email them. Scammers would much rather work by email than phone.

I'm pretty sure that boat is in CMS warehouse in Ft. Lauderdale.

I guess my point was kind've lost here.....It was that the economy sucks! And it's a sad state of affairs when it's hard to tell something's a scam or not. Scams used to pop right out. Now it's questionable with out some inside knowledge.

I'm not looking so I don't keep up with prices but $90K?

Scam. This boat had it's drives stolen off it if I remember correctly. Was for sale around $130K (less drives) I think according to the legit ad.

So when this post was going around early last week - I emailed the seller - got this today.......???

The boat has been inspected and serviced 2 weeks ago. The boat is in like new condition. There are no damages, scratches or any other problems found.

Also please note that there is a misprint on the boat trader add, I live in Carson City, NV. I hope this is not a problem for you because for my asking price I will offer free delivery anywhere in US.

This boat has been used only in fresh water, it was used only in Lake Tahoe here in Nevada, also there is no loan on the boat, the boat has a clear title.

Please let me know if you can visit me in Carson City, or you need the boat to be delivered. You have more pictures here:

What is also interesting is that the red Fountain in the picture from the link I believe is a NV boat.....I think.

Ask for directions to where it is and when can you come see it. Tell them your brother lives in Carson city and could come by shortly. See what the next email says.

I am pretty sure those pictures were taken when the boat was at CMS in Ft. Lauderdale, next to that red Fountain looks to be the older 50' Nor Tech with dielsels that was for sale when I looked at a Cigarette that Peter had stored there .

Yup, and when you look closer at the pics, you can see the 39 Aronow cat to the right.
