I assume he's talking about a stepped gun since it had XR's on it. (??)

I don't know of any stepped Guns that had 3's on them.

We have 3A's on our Gun but it's a straight bottom. Love the drives (baby 6's). Plus with a straight bottom the CG is better with the drives forward.

Again, if you're talking about a TS there may be issues with the CG being moved forward.

I had a 2002 with 3a's on it and 750 cobras. it was a nice boat.

A frined of mine has an 02 with 3's on it. It is a totally different boat than with the XR's. Way more stable, but it takes a little more power to get it really fast as the X is a little lower.

If you don't end up buying it. Email or PM the info on it. I have been looking for one.

Or if it is a good enoguh deal, maybe a finders fee.

5's need spacers, but I would love to have one rigged like that.

Jeff, i think the TG with steps has a notch ,,,so no spacers would be needed !!! But the engines need to be moved forward for the tranny's.

Considering your the guy that told me that we would ned the spacers, what is the real story.

I actually talked to 2 other riggers and they said definately spacers.

His engines are actually moved forward all ready. I think that is what helps make it more stable.

Know it all.
