That's the thing for sure. For ASKING $118k, it's unreasonable to think someones going to find a cherry, garage queen, even though some feel they can :snide: The boat itself is perfect, and 265 hours just means you'll STILL be able to run it another two years before you need to decide if you want to freshen. I'd be pretty surprised if this boat stays on the market for TOO long. :food-smiley-007:

BLee,

You are right, to find a pristine 03 for that price is not easy, even with the down market 118k is a great deal..Let's here all the excuses this time...I know the boat..It does look good...Any Buyers??

I would not call 265 hours alot of hours on a 03 boat, figures out to 30-40 hours a year. We can do that easy in our short Chicago boating season.

For approx $30k more, you could have the garage queen. One year newer, almost half the hours, all freshwater, and guaranteed the nicest. Its a no brainer.

joefitness123 03-15-2009 09:14 AM

Correct about the hours, But many here tend to think this is alot..And if compared to others it seeem to be, But the truth is that 265 in not bad at all...:drink:

PM, yours in nice, but mine is just as nice...:ernaehrung004:

and with 160 hours...documented...:drink:

i agree and this quote is well spoken HOWEVER, none of the boats in question are blowing out the door because of price and I am NOT knocking any here, so with that in mind and with todays economy MAYBE all of them are priced a bit too high? just my 2 cents

True. But, Cigs and specifically Gladiators never really blow out the door. Its a low volume boat with a lower volume buyer. However, if a beat up 01 Gun is worth 100K to someone, a turn-key like new 03-04 Gladiator should be worth considerably more to the right buyer.

Why'd you sell your Top Gun?
