Yes - probobly ends in '73'. Cig titled boats by the year they were sold, not manufactured, in the early/mid 70's.

1973 was the year the USCG made Cig change the HIN number to CRT.

I had a 1972 and it had the old numbers.

Correct - my first Cigarette was a 74 and it started with CRT.
