Recently launched my 1978 20 Cig. The boat is not reaching top speed, only tachs to 4100 (should be 5000), and is slow out of the hole. Came with SS cleaver. Any recommendations for best overall prop for this boat (350 Chevy/280 HP)

Probably bravo 1......lots of small boats like that run mirage+ props too. Is it an alpha 1 boat?

i,m running a 21 mirage plus on a 1975 20 with 350 vortec and the rpms are around 4800-5100. boat comes rite out of the hole, if u use the trim tabs if u have them, it gets on plane even easier. post some pix

also the my boat is original with the trs and merc transmission and no engine mods it is all stock.
