Single bullet?

Have anyone ever heard of a 31 Bullet with a single engine? I´m just curious. I´m looking for as a long hull as possible that still has a large single. The Baja 29 doesent quiet cut it and Sunsation 32 with singles is rare.

Sorry ´bout the spelling, I´m from Sweden

I have never seen a Bullet with a single engine. You will be hard pressed to find much over 30' with a single.

Good Luck in your search.

Teo, you need a cabin?
You looking for a project, and what's your budget?

TexomaPowerboater 09-30-2009 08:39 AM

It's TOO HEAVY!

socalstone 09-30-2009 08:58 AM

Yes... way too heavy. It wouldn't even be able to get out of it's own way!

Nice 32 Sunsation for sale in classifieds. Pretty cheap too.

Stormrider 09-30-2009 12:51 PM

A couple of Sutphen 32s were w/ singles, and 'may' be available... you'd have to check that owners forum.
And there is a nice 32 Badboy for sale.

But a 31bullet... nope.

Pretty sure this boat runs mid to upper 80's......sorry, not a cig but still way cool.

Ok. thanks guys. The price depends on how nice the boat is. I´l look up the Sutphen 32. How much does the bullet weigh

Have you looked at seamaster 33? I think Saltö has a model on the same hull. High tech hull from the beginning i believe.
And they are to find here in sweden.

There was a thread on this at some point either on this site or the other but noone in the world thought it would work well. It's too heavy (8500-9000 dry - 2 engines), would be horribly unpleasant docking in any slightly adverse conditions, and I am not sure it would work with the existing stringers.

Teo - look at a 28 Apache single. there a only a few out there, but may be just what you are looking for.

bustedbrick 10-02-2009 08:23 PM

SB twin?

What about small block twins? Cheaper to work on than BBC and easier on drives. 28SS?
