This reply just in from Marc Blondin:

Close but no cigarette LOL

ours had splashes not scribbles but same colors

Todd Tanner repainted it and it looks all different now (mostly blue and white) It looks Great like a new boat

So we still don't know who you are out there in Clearwater!
