Older Cigs Insurance

Who is everybody using to insure their older cigs? We are in the process of needing to look for insurance, and not really having much luck. Let me know - Thanks Yankey

You will need a value survey for the boat because of its age.

She was great to deal with and has the best prices. Good luck!!

My homeowner's insurance finally picked mine up. Needed a survey and prove past 20 years boat experience. Also agreed to switch all of my other policies over to them.

Try it......sometimes an underwriter is hungry enough for new multi-line business.

Thanks -

I tried Stacy (she is very nice), but she says it falls outside the range of anything they can do. We are trying some other options, but our home insurance co. won't do it either.

Keep any options coming.

State Farm insures our 91 Cafe'. Needed a current survey and did agreed upon value.

Stacey Insures my Cafe. But I believe at the time I JUST fell into the realm of them insuring it.

State Farm dropped me when it got to the underwriter despite my absolutely spotless record, and multiple immediate family member insurance of multiple houses, almost a dozen cars, and other boats/jetskis. In turn I dropped them forever....

BOAT/US did my 1975 Cig with a survey.

We are too. Bob Luellen...Agreed upon value, no survey required.

American Mod insured my 1986 Fire Fox (Agreed Value) wasn't cheap but i got what I wanted.

If you have an agent that you place your home and auto with i can reccomend him to someone and that way your agent still handles your business.

You will need a up to date survey no less then a year old.
