46' Rr
Does anybody know of any new Rough Riders out there for sale?
If not, what is the build time and approx. cost of a non-1075 new boat? |
This is a nice one, and you can spec your own power choice.

Blume is a great guy to work with also....he'll get you what you want

I'd go 1075 SCi if I were you. The engine is the perfect pairing with the 46. Also call Tim Gallager at cigarette. I bet from start to finish you could get one built in 90 days.
Blume knows the 46 hull very well. Don't go trips in the 46 and at least 850SCi knowing you'll upgrade after a season or two. |
This boat is not new... but I love the paint!!!

http://www.teamshogren.com/pre-owned...ugh-rider.html +1, thats always been one of my favorites. But i never understood what was up with those weird front seats? |
BY, did your RR sell? That book looked clean as a pin and the paint is amazing! It was basically a new boat after all the maintenance/rebuild work you did with it.
|
I think he still owns it.

Not much out there to replace it.
So unless I fall in love with something else, there's no sense to give it away. But the setup in my boat is the best it gets with cigarette. Stays hooked up and is impossible to chine walk or have any strange feels. Does 110mph with whoever in the boat and whatever the fuel. Cruises at 85mph with ease. |

http://www.teamshogren.com/pre-owned...ugh-rider.html After it was dismantled due to the National Marine deboggle, the VA owner spend well over a year and a LOT of money tracking down the original engines and drives, and put it all back together in its original glory. I think it went to LOTO/Chicago when Wayne sold it. |
