My cafe is supposedly 9600 dry.

Add a couple for the extra couple feet.
Add 1500 for Fuel
Add a couple hundred for strainers, platform, blowers, and anything of the like that wouldn't have been calculated at the factory as dry weight.
Add a couple hundred for anchors, gear, etc....

Although I am sure a 10k lift would work I would shoot a little higher, because I am sure an insurance company wouldn't be happy if they showed up and you were keeping it on an underrated lift.

I can no longer post pics here or I would post the sheet from my Cafe that shows 9600.

We Have a 13,000 lbs Lift for our 2002 38 ft Top Gun i got the extra weight cause some times we have 6 people on the boat when we lift it out of the water, figured better safe than sorry !!

10K sounds about right dry.

I Have a 12,000 lb hydro hoist and when the boat is full of fuel it struggles to get the a$$ end out of the water. Once it is up it's fine. I was told my boat empty was around 11,500lbs put 260 gallons of fuel in it which is another 1800lbs. and the rest of your junk and it is probably close to 14000 lbs
