Is this a true 84 SE Cigarette?

I was browsing on Ebay today and came across this ad for a 1984 38' Cigarette. I thought all 38' SE Cigarettes had just a wind deflector and no windshield. The other thing that struck me as odd was this boat has a small lip on the gunnel. I thought the SE's has a smooth side with no lip or step.

Doesn't look like a 38 SE to me. But on the other hand....the ad doesn't say that it was a 38se.

Looks like a 38 flat deck to me.
I had a 1984 se with the same windshield.

84 Flatdeck

It is a 1984 FLATDECK which a se windshied cover would fit over the windshied.
