I'm the pretty much sold guy. Looked at her in person this morning around 10, she's VERY rough at best (in need of extensive work/replacement of transom, stringers, keel/bottom work, etc.) and I'm mulling it over this evening and getting back to the seller. Just trying to decide whether I need another project of this magnitude!
