Perko part # or name

Anyone know the part # or name for this style of latch Cigarette used back in early 90's? I looked on the Perko site but it isnt in their catalog. Verified it is Perko, stamped on the back. I sent pic to Dollar for assistance & so far not much luck w/ them either.

Excellent, thank you. I went back & looked in the perko catalog under cupboard latches & its not there.
