Yes they are 540 Dart blocks, Merlin heads, I will have it out this weekend and see what it runs!!:drink:

I ran her this weekend, it ran great got 88 on GPS but I had my 8 year old son and some friends and I was not trying to push it, I believe it will run 94-96 on GPS the way it is set up now!! It has great top end!!! from 60 up it pulls hard! I really like the boat, I will post some pics later today:drink:

WMF, Saw you Sunday in the Rehoboth Bay. Boat looks & sounded great. We were in our deck boat so there was no way in hell I could catch up. Does you boat have silent choice exhaust, cause when we were loading to leave at Massey's it sounded quite compared to when you werer in the bay.

Yes it has silent choice, I had the exhaust closed going thru Massey's ditch, the sound gets on my nerves after awhile. My son ran the boat, with my help to 93 on GPS Sunday, he was happy, and proud of himself.

Had a good weekend with the boat!! Changed Props and got some great #'s. I messed up my swim platform in a backing accident:eek:, need to get mine fixed or buy a new one? I want the platform with the Cigarette logo, I guess I will be getting a new platform this week!

I originally built that boat through Offshore Performance. Spec'd the motors, paint, etc.

Hey Ck54, I rember when you had the boat built, I thought the original motors were 700 Cobra's but would not fit. Is that correct?

They were built by Randy Garcia. They came in at 650hp.
The problem was I ordered it with Stelling's headers and they wouldn't fit. The original header were kind of a hack job.
Cigarette gave me the option to go to a Top Gun and I took it.
It still was a beautiful boat!
Offshore Performance claimed they had it up to 105MPH.
They drives were changed by the original owner. He blew the XR lowers right out of the box.

I sold the boat several years ago and it is now on the west coast I believe. Looking for a new boat but not sure what I want. May get a large center console, who know's.

I sold my Top Gun too. Got out while the getting was good.
Have been siting on the side lines for the past few years.
I think I want a Top Fish. Have been waiting for the right one at the right price.

I changed my props, put my 32p Bravo One on and took the 29p 5 blade Hydromotive props off. The boat gets out of the hole great now and pulls all the way to the top, it just feels more unstable with the Bravo's compared to the Hydromotive props!

Thats great. I am running about 650 per side in my top gun and it didnt like the 32s I tried. Been running some labbed 30s and they seem to be better.
Might lab the 32s down some also want to try some 29 5 blades.
