I like the 46 better too.
The 50 is cool to look at though. I saw this one right after it returned to the factory from being painted. |
I'm all for long deck race boats , but I think Cigarette got this full pleasure 50 perfect. Looks great and very usable! Just a great Cigarette!

From the Lip-Ship website:
What do you get the man that has everything for his 50th? He knew what he wanted… “Five –O”. Built for a long time Cigarette owner and Lip-Ship Customer. This new 50’ Cigarette Lip-Ship Edition was designed and built to his exact specifications. He wanted a long distance cruiser for trips to the Bahamas. Powered by triple 700s with large fuel capacity. Look for this Cigarette as Don would say “BEATING THE DEVIL OUT OF THE TRIANGLE”. The inspiration for the colors and graphics were to match a Nordic Gold Porsche GT3. This 50’ Cigarette is only the second 50 sold in the United States. The first was also a Lip-Ship Edition in silver. |

Beautiful... but, I don't like the cockpit so far forward/short bow and why wouldnt you use either 6 or 2 exhaust ports? 4 doesnt make any sense? Proportionately the 46's look more balanced IMO. just my .02
