Been thinking of fulfilling a lifelong dream of owning a new Cigarette. Looking hard at the 39 Unlimited w/700's. Although I have never actually rode on a 39 everything I see or read suggests this boat does it all.

Any thoughts on 'must have' options or thoughts in general would be appreciated.

I will be chastized for saying this but I would get the enclosed bathroom like that one 39 in MD had that was on Ebay a few months ago - Let the bashing begin!!!!

Billet everything; LED's; underwater lights, Garmin touch screen; race view; MP3; Herings, 110 mph...ok I might be just a bit biased...but seriously if you are thinking new call PHIL (LipShip)...period.

The 39' is one mean ride! here is a pic of Ktron's whip. Turns as if its on rails and eats up the rough

You can't go wrong with a Cigarette. The best thing to do is crawl all over one and take a ride in it. Before you realize it you will have your check book out!

I guess Cigarette is the next step from Nordic. I have a 36 Gladiator on the way. Gary you only live once go ahead and buy yourself one.

There is not a better built, better all around performing 39 boat out there. The 39 w/ 700's is as good as it gets.

The 700/NXT 39 Unlimited, gets my vote as well for the all around best Cigarette they currently make. :cool:

All very nice boats!!! Last year I almost pulled the plug on Pier 57's 39.

first of all.. train the wife and kids that you don't use a head on these boats. All of mine have always been sealed with duct tape. period. Jump in or wait til we get back to the dock.

Great boat. The only negative I can think of is they tend to walk. Otw a great, solid boat and fast with the 700's. 4 of us, 1/2 fuel and coolers 104 in a nice chop off miami

This is the deal; behind the Cig logo zip curtain is the forward berth (second pic) that has the porta potty (never used)/ changing room and bins for life jackets and stuff (and luggage when you do poker runs). If you want to get some sleep get a room.

125 hrs (most of them in fresh water at LOTO); built and maintained by LipShip (Phil is a perfectionist and nobody knows more about Cigs). When you leave, you come back. 100+ every time.

In Powerboat Mag twice and made the cover of the 2010 Florida Powerboat Club Boat Show Issue.

You can see the recall to the left...Pudge was in the boat for that run so it's famous.

And BTW the custom paint by Grafikworks looks waaaaaaaaaay better than that old OSO demo boat (sorry Cary, its true).

Tom's 39 is one hell of a boat. A must see in person.

I have to say as well that Tom's boat is awesome. I ran with him on a couple of Stu's runs in '09 and just fell in love with it. The boat looks great running and incredible at the docks with the lights on.
