Its not. I meant to say "my local marina" to clear it up :drink:

quicklt1 10-26-2010 08:19 PM

I was lookin at that boat at the don aronow race..noticed no rubrails that must be an experience pulling up to the gas docks...no thanks i would be way to nervous

Yes I was there too. No rub rail on a boat is pretty, but you gotta be extra cautious when docking or else the paint will get chipped or scratched off. Every gladiator made had no rub rails and the build of them was so labor intensive that they discontinued them.

Did I meet you there btw? You may of seen me.

quicklt1 10-26-2010 08:29 PM

Nope..not to familiar with them but does seem very labor intensive..gorgeous boat but probably not the best pleasure boat ..he should of entered the race that day he would of won...

He would've done well with the stock 525 efi's and good props like he has on. If i can recall though, the owner used to race offshore CATS and i have no idea why he brought a V HULL- the guy says he dont know what to do when the boat starts bouncing around at high speed.:lolhit:

The boat doesnt bounce around at 90!! Its boring in a Gladiator!!
