Actually i think it is a Top Gun 39' or 38' but nice boat! Never seen that one before.

Yep. 700s.
It was built for Luca Fendi Formilli in Italy.... Luca later had the race boat built for P1.
That black 39 ran some record runs in Italy... I just don't remember the names of the runs...
