I have a 20 Cigarette that is pretty original. Yes, the dash is teak and the original guages were Stewart Warner back then. The gear selector is a Morse but is not cable, it is electronic with a solenoid on the MERC transmission. The throttle is a cable-actuated foot throttle. (I switched both out to Gaffrig). The boats run really well and 'act' like larger boats in rough water. I considered selling mine but am so glad I kept it. Lots of fun for the money and still pretty fast.

I thin there where "stewar meter" ? instruments from beginning ? (now vdo) Gear change i think should bethe old Morse type, any idea? And as i understand the instrument panel should be in teak?.
If You have any ideas where or from who i can pick up this information. I will use the boat this summer in Stockholm during Poker run. Ken |
