top gun fuel levels????
 

i know i have seen threads about how inaccurite the fuel gauges can be but i cant find it.

i havent let my boat get really low on fuel and dont want to...

when the gauges read about half the boat is almost empty correct?

any insight will be helpful.

i want to put new senders and gauges also.

Start looking for a fuel dock at 1/2 and be tied up at one when it hits a quarter. They aren't inaccurate per se. The senders are in the rear of the tanks and of course the boats sit tail low. Put it on the trailer and you can see how They actually work pretty well. Also more accurate on plane then not.
