Cig factory tour
 

Went to miami for a few days and was able to stop by Cig for factory tour. Unfortunately i missed the new 39 with 1100s but they had a top fish (trip 300s), 2 42xs (one with 1100s, one with 700s), and a 39 (700s) in final assembly. TONS of top fish in production. Cant even begin to describe how clean a factory it really is, theres a reason theres a number 1 on the side ha. Heres just a few pictures

Great tour. It's one of the highlights of my life. I was astounded by the amount of work completed there at the factory including interiors, custom billet fabrications, paint, etc.

We went back in '07 and it was definitely the highlight of the trip, other than picking up our boat, of course!!! What I was really amazed with is the manhours that go into a hull after it comes out of the mold. Hours and hours of block sanding. Thats why when you look down the side of a Cig, they are as flat as sheet metal. The devil is in the details.

When I see pictures of the Cigarette factory it makes me think of the pictures that I see on here from other manufacturers.

Honestly, how can you look at the facilities of Outerlimits, Nor-Tech, Sonic, Hustler and expect that you will get the same quality that you get from Cigarette.

For the money, there is one 1.
