38 Top Gun on Operation Repo on TruTV
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4nqodgdmjQc
Obviously this show is scripted, and it's probably not even the same boat that was actually repo'd. Good Looking gun though.. It starts at the 7:25 mark in the video. |
Totally agree and piss poor acting at that!!!!
|
It's all staged
That's Tim's boat and no it was not repo'd Mario from So cal marina took it down to the shoot, he is a better mechanic than actor :) Thought it was funny they used his real name |
That paint scheme is one of my all time favorites ! !
|
well what about the fat btch jumping all over the inside of it? i would be pissed lol

Thanks for the compliment on the paint job. I wasn't real crazy about anyone just jumping on with shoe on their feet, but it looks like they put towels down.. At least that's what I keep telling myself...
|
Tim, you have any pictures you can post of the boat? Beautiful rig.
|
Ha Ha, good video! That show is sooo scsripted though!

They actually did rent the boat for the episode. They worked out a deal with So Cal Speed and Marine to use it. I inturn worked out something with the shop. So Cal works on the boat while it's here in California and Phil at Lip-ship takes care of it when it's in Florida. Thanks again for the compliments on the paint, wish I had chosen the graphics. It was the 04 Miami boat show boat. It might be for sale here pretty quick. Looking to get a 42 or 46.

Very beautiful boat. Love it......but that show is awful! At least the show got a quality, good looking boat to show off!
|
yea... bad acting.

Just kidding. Beautiful boat!!! :D Are you doing the SCOPE Poker Run in a few weeks? Craig |
Did you see the boat repo on the Miami repo show, where they tow the boat from the guys dock at his house and get a few hundred yards away and guy chases them down with a jetski and a gun still in his silk robe. Then the daughter and her boyfriend pop out of the cabin where they were having some "alone" time. Scrippted but still funny
|
They actually filmed the operation repo show about 7 weeks ago. Yes I'll be at the SCOPE run and will probably do one more event then send it back to Phil's and TNT for the winter. We're all already booked up for the Key West poker run as well. So I'll be running it from Lipship straight to KW, that is if I don't sell is first. I'm looking at the 42x and American Bad Ass, the two boats Phil has for sale. Anybody interested in mine and wants any details can talk to Phil. I bought it from him and he's the one that's been maintaining it all of these years.

You can't even afford this boat, how do you think your going to afford a 42 or a 46. :party-smiley-004::lolhit:
Great looking boat, hope to see it in KW or the new one. |
