Very nicely done!!!!!
I have a few sets of headers if you are still looking... |
OMG!!! What a sh!t load of work you put into that thing...but looks AMAZING. Great job and I'm sure you appreciate it even more now.
Thanks for sharing all the pics! |
Some big bucks spent on that puppy!
|
Very nice work!
|
Wow, Very impressive. Look forward to seeing it in person some time.

Amazing !!!

Tank: this boat came from florida I think it might have been on here years ago... The stereo frikin ROCKS! kind of nice to jam out wile 2 blown motors are roaring behind ya!!
P offshore: we are still looking for headers call me at your convenance. Mike, 660-329-2055 Thanks everyone for the comments! There was allot of coin spent here no doubt, we had the attitude that money wasnt an option (even though it most definitely was) and wanted to be innovative/different. Like the windshield, it is powered and slides up and down, The race packs for engine displays, all trim pumps and engine batteries are under rear seat and behind sub boxes, the floor was replaced and we sprayed a custom metallic colored bedliner on it with a sprayed on cig oval, smoothed all cleat/vent holes in sides, powered stern light. I cant even begin to tell you how much fun this project was! Tones of work but doing it all your self makes a HUGE difference! We have a few more things to do this winter, looking forward to next summer!!! if you see us on the dock at LOTO come say HI would love to have a beer and talk boats!!:drink: |
I spent quite a while checking out all the mods. They're literally countless! Nice job on cleaning up the transom and hiding all the ugly stuff.
Wish we got a chance to talk. Kurt:drink: |

I love the digital setup!! |
502SS: the race packs were about 3,200 with out the loggers, im going to end up adding the loggers most likely. The best thing about the dashes is the bright LED warning lights!! The first time the boat was put in the water one of the oil lines was not tight  running down the lake and un knowingly loosing oil the pressure got under 27psi and the screen went crazy and the LED warning light blinded me in broad daylight:lolhit: I shut the motor off and saved any damage! that instant they payed for them selves!!! The only reason we got them was the "cool" factor. Guess they actually serve a purpose:grinser010: Mike

Kurt, I see your looking for anothe cig... maybe we should talk:ernaehrung004:

That is freaking SPECTACULAR!!!! I have to say though, as BEAUTIFUL as your project turned out... I was kind of partial to the original paint... ;) If you look at my avatar you will see why though.... haha.
Great job and thanks for posting the pics!!!! |
Mike, I would say you are a candidate for Cigs ( cigarette owner of the month). Great work, the boat is awesome.
|

The best part of the entire build, First time the boat hit the water we were about the 6 or 7mm and saw your boat go by! It was the coolest thing! I wanted so badly to follow you and get some pics of them side by side but we were in a big hurry to get back to the house. Ive seen your boat a few times running around and once at the docks, trust me yours is in way better shape than mine was! Thanks! Mike

Impressive work ! I remember the boat a few years ago from the Destin area.
|

Also love the fact that you can configure high/low points and alarms without any additional wires or sensors! Very nice!! |

That's actually not bad considering I have 2500 in my dash and other than my datatach prop slip gauge the rest is all analog! When I am ready for my next dash upgrade I think you just helped me make up my mind! :drink:

Race Packs
Is the $3200 for both of them or per engine? Are they well suited to the vibration and moisture of the enviroment -- not famaliar with them.
I think they are a great idea and interested in using them on an upcoming build.. BTW --- Awesome job on the restore! The boat looks fantastic. Dave |

Hey Mike,
How did you do the rub rail? It's probably newbie question, but I'm curious how it's done. What's it made of? Did you just replace the standard Taco-type rail with fiberglass and paint it? Sweet boat by the way... Stan |
Hey mike,
Where did you get your drive and tab trim gauge? I have seen them before but can't remember who makes them!! Some sick videos too! That boat is really amazing!! Thanks Jim |
