42X in Classified

A friend is selling this boat, what does everyone think?

The price has been lowered from what other brokers had it listed for in the past. Also, the current listing is exclusive and pictures are recent. Feel free to contact Brett or myself to find out more info or to see the boat in-person;

Yep, just beautiful..........and the 188th street 38 is a local boat I've seen at events since it was built. Sure would look good riding beside each other.

I got to see the 38' in-person at Rock The Bay.. Really nice! Also looks even better in the video!

So far everyone that has seen the boat has either made an offer or has indicated they would like to buy it.

It's still available but hopefully something will come thru soon before it gets really cold! The boat is priced to sell.

I saw the boat in person a couple of months ago and it is very clean compared to most of the boat around that age....

It depends. I'd say give Brett a call to see if there's something that can be worked out which is mutually beneficial.
