He's refering to the funky "bend" at the bow tip. Someone (don't remember who) on one of the threads said it had something to do with how it was pulled from the mold but I highly doubt it. Then again, it's a capped deck requiring a BUTT load of sanding and filling (thus one of the reasons they don't build them anymore).

I think it's just the lighting in the pics personally.

I understand it's been stripped but what do you mean by beat? Has the hull integrity been compromised?

Sounds like a decent price if you want a project boat and you have some power plants to donate!

Beat as in it's going to need to be built from a bare hull up. EVERYTHING is gone but the hull/tanks & saddles and the interior needs to be replaced. Plus that thing has been sitting out uncovered for god knowns how long. National has had it listed for about a year now. So, it most likely is going to need to at a minimum be color sanded and buffed plus touch ups. Not to mention its been under water which for some that's a red flag (doesn't actually bother me but....) If you do the math, there's a reason why this thing is sitting still. In this market theres just too many good deals on Glads out there. WEEEEEEEEEEEEll over 100k to put this thing back together.
