THROTTLE / SHIFTER parts question
 

I am hunting the little rubber insert that goes around each shifter arm...I have them out getting powder coated and mine are missing. I would like to replace them. These are the same shifters they ran on several boats for many years.

You can get them at your local merc dealer. probably have to be ordered. They're called zero effort throttles and shifters.
