I've seen that first boat down at Ocean Performance in Old Saybrook CT. While I haven't looked at it up close, it appears to be really clean, sharp too. If you're interested in it, give Chris at OP a call, I'm sure he can give you a lot more details about it. 860 388-6000.

Any of you LOTO boys seen this out lately? Heard it was there now. If it ever came on the market, I'd like to swoop it up. Favorite Bullet ever built!

I have not. Staggered with a six pack, that'd stand out! I'd love to see it. I bet it's a whole different animal???

Glad to hear Chris was able to help you out and that the boat could be a keeper. Good luck with it! :)

Scot I don't think this boat is being sold by OP I believe Kevin looked at this boat before he bought his Bullet, I am sure he can comment on it.

Yeah, I don't know anything about the boat, but I'm sure Chris does, which is why I told him to call Chris. Obviously the owners contact info is in the CL ad itself...

Going to look at a bullet this weekend. What are the problem areas for theses boats? It's a 93 all original. Any info on what to look for would be great.

Usually wet transom by exhaust cut outs due to their low locations, bottom of drive cut out. The factory never did a good job sealing the cut outs with resin, just paint. The bolsters are balsa core and are prone to rot on the bottom edges. The rear bench seat had unsealed nooks and crannies for water seepage. Especially in the area of the battery panel. The base sat on the floor which eventually water would wick into. The holding tank is aluminum....prone to rot on the bottom where it sits on a pad. The brackets are hard mounted on this tank to that pad and sometimes break due to stress. Rubber mounted to absorb shock would have been a good idea.

Do these boats have a solid fiberglass hull (no core)?
