Didn't you read the ad..."This is one of the cleanest Cigarette’s on the market"...lol. Always kills me when they make that claim, then you go look at it and its like...WTF!!
Always be skeptical of a dealer listed boat in Florida, unless it's Phil..IMHO

If I'm not mistaken I looked at that boat before I bought mine. It was a flip job from liquidators and in pretty rough shape. Especially the drives and the trailer. The guys who had it couldn't tell me anything about maintenance on the engines other than "they checked out fine"... Maybe someone bought it and put some $$ into it. At the time it could be bought for $99k

Still looking for a nice freshwater T/S Cig.

If I wanted to put big power in one, I would buy that one. It's a good looking boat.

It was a repo a few years back.

jeff1000man 03-20-2012 10:36 AM

You wont find one that has been maintained as meticulously as this one.

Spoke with the broker yesterday on this one. He was going to talk to the owner and call me back. He never did.

Good for him. I havnt talked to him in a few weeks. He has had a lot of tire kickers on it. Known him for years.

Check back with him in a few weeks and see if the check actually clears.

It is a great boat. Been in it many many times.

How about a 2001 Tiger with or without power?

I don't quite understand why people advertise items for sale with no intention of selling. Trying to make the wife happy who wants the boat sold?? I don't totally get it.

Trying to make the wife happy is the only thing I could think of too.

I think Wes heard that if you don't make your wife happy somebody else will......WES that saying does not mean they are going to buy her a boat.

I'm happy to say that the owner and I have made the deal and paperwork is underway. Looking forward to taking possession soon. Watch for this boat at LOTO for Spring Harbor Hop:party-smiley-048:

POWERPLAY J 03-23-2012 06:10 AM

No idea. Ive met the owner and seen the boat a few times. It looks clean and the yellow pops.

thisistank 03-23-2012 11:19 AM

National liquidators has a new listing or a TS gun for very low 100's. Looked pretty clean. I didn't recognize the boat either. Little louder paint job than most of the early 2000's.

Seriously? Man.....I'd take a TG over a 442 Baja any day. My opinion. I've driven a 442 a handful of times with triples, boat was a terrible ride on LOTO, especially in comparison to a TG.
