Just thought I'd share....I bought a rack storage marina in December and just got my forklift in for the facility. Did a test try with my boat and it picked it like a feather...can handle up to 27,000lbs

And yes I'm changing the pads on the to white so they don't mark up the bottom of my customers boats...

Let me know if you ever have any questions. I have set up, managed and built rack buildings for twenty five years. Nice Taylor. Second best over Hyster.

Boat looks great!

Looking at your water elevation compared to your dock level - how do you place the boat in the water? Crane?

unless i am misuderstanding your question, i would imagine that is a negative drop fork lift...which should be able to lower the baot right into the water...

Thanks for the support its up in northern michigan in the city of Cheboygan....I'm on the Cheboygan river right downtown with 361ft of seawall frontage in addition to the rack storage...1/4 mile out to Lake Huron/Lake Michigan and can see Mackinaw Island from the river inlet.

Yes the forklift has a negative 10ft lift and the water will come up another 18 inchs as well

Good luck with the new business. I was stationed there in the Coast Guard in 1977-1980. Enjoyed the small town. Had good friends there, Mike and Penny.

Wow, looking good. It looks like a very clean and attractive facility. Good luck, hope to make it there one day. That would make a great boating trip / destination from Erie.
