Anyone else find it odd that "Hawkrace" is back up for sale on ebay? I think the new owner bought in last fall and already its back up for sale. Too bad its a nice boat for sure.

Sounds like someone has an ax to grind...

Hawkrace was sold last fall correct. It was at the local marina the following summers. I've seen the boat up close, beautiful boat, very clean. The owner at the time didn't take it out too much, I don't think.

I know I'm the one who paid for the survey

"somehow" copies of the survey were given to the broker and the owner... We never came to terms

Sold on eBay by owner for 20k less than I offered the broker

This was all in spring 09
