If he bought it new 30 years ago from cigarette, wouldn't it have a HIN# CRT and not a homemade HIN?

That's what I asked him too. He said the title had gotten lost over the years and in MA they do a hull inspection before reissuing titles. Since the boat had gone through a "conversion" and 40% of the boat had been modified, it was retitled as a homemade..

Or something to that extent, all he wanted to talk about was how great it handled and how nice the trailer was and when I was coming with cash.. lol

seeing how small the trailer is I dont even think it was originally a 21ft boat, maybe now with all the extra crap up front.

Could it be a long lost Fountain back when he was trying different beaks?
