Thanks guys! It was a lot of work and took a great deal of time. I figured there are enough older models out there with teak, that this might help those with questions or even motivation.

I appreciate your comments. It is real important to me to keep it close to original yet still bring it up to some of todays standards (where possible). Here is a preview of the other winter project I did. I went from the old cast Merc 420 exhaust to headers. It was real important that I did not have to cut up the engine hatch to make them work. Took awhile to find a good used set that fit the bill and Ron Potter found me a nice set on one of his display motors that had the right measurements. I only had to make small clearance notches in the cross braces and have some custom tails built. I added the mufflers too, but opted for the internal Hardin switchable so the tips look original on the transom.
