procedure for pulling motors in 28ss?
 

I was wondering how to get the motors out of my 85 28ss? The rear deck overlaps the engines so they can not be pulled straight out. Do I have to pull the drives ,then the trannys, then slide the motors back and pull them out?

just did mine .if you have trs . remove drive losen 6 bolts in tailshaft undo wiring / exhaust . unbolt engine mounts . pull trans with engine. tip, just turn engine a litle bit and will go straight up.
