WTF is that thing??

nkosi 09-07-2012 10:45 AM

Yikes!! I always loved that boat and I run outboards myself - but outboards on a Tiger!!?? That's like dressing your pet lion in a tutu..

nkosi 09-07-2012 10:48 AM

Looks like they moved the back seat into the engine bay as well because the cockpit looks bigger. That is painful to watch. I wanted to own that boat one day....

Before...

That boat was also a bit of a movie start having appeared in All About the Benjamins.

It WAS a pretty nice boat, but, it's only 300K! What a bargain!

I remember riding in that boat when it was brand new. Incredible boat and when it was repowered with the Zul's it was even better.

I wonder how outboards on a bracket would have affected it's ride and handling. Ad says it will do 72 mph. Sounds high? 900 hp + the drag of three lower units in the water.....

n20michael 09-07-2012 04:30 PM

I would castrate myself with a bowling ball for a ride in that when it had 700"s in it
