We had 2 28 open fish but with O/B. One with a bracket and one without and it was a great boat. Awesome in the rough

----10 to 12 might be a general value but this one looks very nice. he appears to have spent his money wisely. Have it surveyed and make a decision, but if you like the boat it might be worth more to you........Bill S
