I used them in a recent build and they are not waterproof . They are beautiful and get a lot of attention but get them wet and they short out . We had to blow air in them to get them to cut back off .

Curious if you used that specific brand because I found very similar ones that were a Chinese knock off and not waterproof! These are stainless steel with an IP68 rating!

Here are the switches Steve is referring to. These were installed on my A.T. at the factory last winter in a complete rehab of the cockpit. These have red tips and a metal ring.

That's exactly what I'm looking for. Where are the bezels from? Do you have any close up pictures? Are they all single pole or are any dual?

My AT has red illumination on the tip, toggle is stainless steel with a red indicator. Is that what you're looking for? I'm pretty sure it's made by Carling. Sorry if the info is too late.
Steve

Meant a PN for these. Found them online and requested a sample

Another source (Link below), some of these have a separate circuit and light up white when off (night illumination), then turn red when flipped on.

Unfortunately black toggle only, no chrome/stainless ones. But they have all configuations, SPDT, DPDT, Momentary, etc

Cole Hersee also has them.. http://www.colehersee.com/home/light...ggle_switches/
