Love this thing!

You can't even see the ghosting in the paint. Attention to detail doesn't start to explain this boat.

professor_speed 01-19-2013 11:27 AM

it reminds me of the miami vice scarabs, but up dated, You guys do a great job keeping those cigs up to date.

Almost positive that boat was here in bricktown n.j and had some damage from hurricane sandy. Last I heard it was going to Florida for repairs. I guess the owner is selling it through Phil or have cigarette build him a new one.

jasonmd2 01-19-2013 08:02 PM

This boat is insanely gorgeous!!! I looked it over down at Phil's Wednesday...absolutely perfect! :eekdrop:

Yes it did have some MINOR cosmetic damage from Sandy and the owner sent it to Phil to fix. I saw it before it went to Harold and after...it only had a few nicks and scratches from debris, really minor.

While I was there Phil had at least three calls from people interested in buying it, he's brokering it for owner.

This boat is gorgeous and a great deal if anybody's looking...and it's still available

I agree. I like that clean look that isn't too busy.

Nice.

ICDEDPPL 01-20-2013 12:42 AM

Really, you guys like that?? The color combo is just fuuuuugly. Baby blue ? ugh

Captain YARRR 01-20-2013 12:59 AM

Oh dang, that boat is bad as hell. Even the cup holders are awesome.

I love it today. But I definitely think that paint job is at risk of looking like a 90s pink and purple Baja in five years.

Remember the old never gets old, like a pair jeans polo and rolex. Was in in style 50 yrs ago, still in style today and will be in style in another 50 yrs.

I personally love the baby blue against a darker color such as dark blue or dark purple. Done right, the contrast really pops. Yes, it is a more rare color which could mean it may date itself at some point in the future, of course 90% of the paint jobs seem to date themselves at one point. Baby blue has been used fairly ofter on Cigs since the early 2000's.

That baby blue LipShip 42X on the top left of your pics with the matching truck, was/is probably the nicest looking 42 I've ever seen.

No doubt. The dash alone was pure art.
