It's been up for a while nice boat though

I really like the colors, be nice with 500EFI's, but, still a nice looking boat.

when you know the cost of a complete resto, but don't feel like doing it yourself, it might be close in numbers!!!
|
Yea, lot of good looking details. In cabin also.
Respect! |

But the market is broken ;( |
Things gorgeous!!! Love everything about it. Is it "worth" the price? Absolutely. Will it fetch that price? Doubtful.
Reminds me of the situation with that orange early 90's top gun a couple years ago with big power and 6's...the one that paint job went into the carpet design, had drop down rear bolsters and it looked like you ciuld eat off the engine compartment. Think he was asking high 100's. sat for a long time. Again, worth the price, just tough to justify when you look at other boats in the same price range. |
The point is - if you do it for you - it is worth any penny! Its a great hobby and you build a awesome eyeatcher. But the bad day will coming you want to sell.... Then you better delete your memories of any money you drop in...

Thats a pretty nice redo. Someone put some good coin into that sucka.
Its almost perfect in my book. Very updated. What i dont understand is why those engines seem mounted high. A friend had a 91 without the notched transom and a set of the Hawk 525SC's, just like those but they fit under the hatch without needing scoops, just recess pockets under the hatch. maybe its that notched bottom. If i had to nit pick it....I would think light grey, dark grey, with black and red highlights would be better on the int. Also loose those blowers and scoops, with maybe some braided hoses and polished aluminum pulleys. A trailer in the dark grey color used in the Cig Oval with red pin strips would look nice under it. Big plus is its a Bravo boat and still big enough to handle some snotty water yet small enough to tow easly. Best looking Cig model till the 39 Unlimited came along. Worth the asking $89K?.......Shoot an $78K offer and see what comes back. |
