ran a 7,000 in a Formula 382 and it did great. Wouldn't how it did mid afternoon in 98 degree weather cause your not in there during that time of day anyway!!! Cruisair is one of the better choices but there might be others???

:cool-smiley-011:I had a marineAire 6000 btu in my 32' and am planning on putting a 9000 btu in my 42'. Check out Defender, they have a good selection of different brands and have tips on installation. I plan on buying the Webasto heat pump model, it is compact and quite.

Ok, scored a Cruisair 7000 yesterday, all the shorepower stuff I needed, and a on board charger.... took it all out from a running boat at a salvage yard locally, unit was tested last fall.. so I should be good... 600.00 for everything.... cannot complain..

good deal,,just make sure you use a good water filter to the condensor so you dont fill it with sand, would be a good idea to run a inline water pressure cut off switch just incase you loose water pressure and it turns off the a/c unit..
