Here we go again!!
Boat flippers are alive & well!!
http://www.boattrader.com/listing/20...-Gun-102005845 Many here know how this boat sat in the classifieds here last year for 129K before getting bought in the late summer. Don't worry your boat now appreciates which will cover your fuel, insurance, maintenance, & brokerage fees!!! |
Funny how that works. She's a beaut Clark.
|
That guy isn't a flipper. He is a real buyer and power boater. There was a couple posts on here about it after he bought it. Just a proud owner that's all. Not a lot of twin steps to be had. Market value is the price. I would not call him a flipper. Just proud thats all.
|
You know it cracks me up when a one post wonder starts a thread about a guy with a Legit boat and a legit asking price comes on here and bashes a legit seller! Total BS! The boat is sweet! Toad paint and big power in a twin step! I guess there are a hundred out there like it for less money right ?

That boat is owned by a good friend that runs a marina. It's in great shape & runs like a SOB with that power. The upholstery, paint, & engines are all in top shape as well. I've personally driven it & tied up with it many times last Summer.
Someone who is actually looking to buy a TS should really take a look at this one & make him a offer they're comfortable with. He's not looking to flip it or rip anyone off. |

Wow...Nicely done boat, It is exactly what I'm looking for. I would love to have it...but for me price seems a little steep for a 12 year old boat but it def has the best of everything I would want. With that said, there aren't many out there like this....Who owns it on here?
|
I didnt think the price was that bad..... Nice Ride!!
|
Based on the pictures and the sum of parts, I think it is priced very reasonable - its a nice boat.

Whats your point TGI fridays On 3.30.13 the boat was listed @ 149,500 when I posted about it Now 2 weeks later the boat is magically slashed $22,000 down to $127,500. The first price cut occurred 1 day after i posted here, somebody's watching this thread!!! The market for this boat is 115k - 120k range. I accomplished my point with this post, now everybody move on..... |

A year ago, when it sold from MI, it was a really nice boat and ill bet it still is. I bet the price is just about rite for someone serious wanting a 100 mph boat.
|
The boat is nice, no debating that but just the price at which a deal gets consummated.
And in my business of very sophisticated data mining, the consummated price really isn't debatable either. The numbers are what they are in the world, nobody can change them..... Never forget numbers, the simplicity of the world complexes your mind.... |

Who are you to tell someone where to price their boat?? If you feel you accomplished something great.... If you are not interested in buying the boat why are you posting about the price????
Since it is listed at your suggested market value now... Are you on your way to buy the boat? The reason I don't post much on here & many others don't is because of ridiculous comments from fools like you. Show a bit of emotional maturity & make the world a better place. |

There is one at LOTO that I've had my eye on.
03' 36 w 500 EFI's Their asking price is "fantasy land" pricing @ 89k It's a nice clean low boat so I'd contemplate it @ 72 - 74K So just to confirm you'd consider a 36 Baja, but you would never consider a 38 CIG? Honestly man if you look through your post history you have NOTHING positive to contribute. Just degrade other people's boats, jump on asknig prices, tell everyone that FORD, CHEVY and DODGE are a "poor man's" tow rig, let everyone know that you don't want to be the 3rd or 4th owner of a cat because of depreciation (which makes no SENSE to me - you don't want to be the FIRST owner). You tell MMB he is a fool because of his commentary, but it appears you are the fool........ I think I'll make the DARR call........... |

Smart people, successful smart people, finance their large purchases and leave the cash untouched and invested, earning far more than the measly interest they pay on long term financing. This site has many very successful members who own boats that are worth more than the entirety of your life. Coming here, and spouting off like a big spacone with vast knowledge and resources will get you called out in a hurry. You have zero credibility. |
Never mind....
|
well put! this tgi fridays guy is a douche
|
Hmmmm..... Lets see some pics of your "86 Riva" and not a manufacture pic.
