Looking for a 28

Have a friend looking for a 28 (or something similar..Magnum, etc). Looking to spend less than 30k. Looked at one in North Jersey yesterday, was a clam. TRS OK, Alpha OK but needs to be a nice running boat.

Not sure on the big block + trs...gotta be ass heavy. 28 Pantera's with Big blocks and bravos are ass happy.
