Thanks for the compliments guys. Most of the original wood was rotten and the foam was deteriorated. I couldnt bring myself to replace everything and go back with the old school look.

Im gonna lay carpeting in with no snaps, removable. I dont like the snaps on it, light gray.

Cool looking boat . It looks likes the Skaggs have trimmed down quite a bit. It that true or is it just my poor eye sight. If they have been cut how does it affect slow speed handling. I know they used to do that a lot back in the eighties.
