1995 Cigarette Top Gun in NJ anyone know it

Didnt know if you NJ guys or local to know the boat. I was told a dentist owns it. It looks familiar i believe I have seen it before but and remeber where. I though on the Cig forum somewhere a couple years back when I was searching for guns. Im not sure who maintanes it also. I know of a few great shops around there but a handful id rather step away from. Any thoughts or input is appricated.

saw this running to claudios one day...clean looking ride. dont know the history or who owns it tho.

It's registered in DL? I run South Jersey and don't recognize it. The yard it's in reminds of offshore performance in scullville, but I'm not sure.
