1994 Top gun project on CL
 

Don't know the boat or owner but stumbled on it, paint looks decent but typical crap pictures. Looks like the front bolsters are missing? Just figured I'd pass it on if anyone was interested.

Thanks for the lead. I talked w him. Deck paint peeling. No trailer, bolsters, shifters/throttles, exhaust, steering wheel. Was a bank repo. Im still intersted in it and waiting for more pics.

I believe kidapache has a 1992 carbon fiber topgun with drives and no power for about 10k more . Probably a better starting point .

No problem, I wonder if it was bought for the power by this guy and now he is trying to sell the hull. If so maybe get it for less. If you want it's only 20-30 minutes from me and if you're serious I'll go give you an unbiased look at it. Doesn't take much motivating for me to go check out a boat lol.

I might have to take you up on that offer (would be awsome) as im 7-8 Hrs( im guessing from Cleveland) to it. Would hate to drive that and find out its not what it appears. He has it at a storage place and im waiting for him to send more pics.

His ad says no trailer, but he has told others that he has one.

Think he wants closer to 25k w no trailer, saw past auctions and reserve never met maybe. This 94 looks to be a better deal, two years newer and he's asking $19,900. Plus I like the paint graphics better on this craigslist one. Both projects though.

I agree, I was just passing the info. Both are big projects, and adds up quickly. Be aware

I would not count on any mechanicals on this boat being usable as is, including the transoms. No cockpit and I'm pretty sure the cabin interior is shot too. The paint is marginal. And this boat sat for a long time open so the gauges and switches are probably toast. Buy this as a hull only and plan on repainting it. It may be a Kevlar, I honestly can't remember.
