Why is this not sold yet? 35 cafe
It was on my very short list last year. Wife just didn't like the cafe layout.
http://www.boattrader.com/listing/19...acer-102068639 Figured if anyone was looking. |
fack! i should trade mine in for this one. I would probably come out ahead.
|
Bravo 1 drives with that boat and 700hp...
|
saw this boat also! wish I would buy a Cig... problem is I need a cabin to sleep 5. so in 98% of time, there is always this damn table on the left that makes sleeping in the usuaaly ''U'' shape seat impossible...
Cafe, top gun, all the same... except some tigers! but those don't have the V berth... neither somekind of a bathroom... guess I have to settle for something else... and yes 700 hp with bravos... is not a plus... |
The Flat Decks Don't Have That Problem
|
They do not want to honor the $45,000 price in the boat trader ad....

You got that right! :D http://33outlaw.zenfolio.com/img/s9/...25715493-3.jpg |
I've seen the boat a few times while at PBC. Nice looking machine IMO.
|
The older guns before the newer interiors have a short couch and a long couch, no table, plus V berth.
You can also sleep on the bow, floor, swim platform, etc. |

Those darn salesman! Sub 50k whether it be 45 or 49 seems like a great deal for that boat. Good luck with the sale
|
Looks like steering was recently added? Some pics show drive showers and what appears to be no hydraulic steering and others show the hydraulic steering and no drive showers. Not sure I've ever seen Bravos with nose cones and skeg guards! Lol! Nice boat.

That's a great deal on what looks like a really nice boat. I sold my bullet for more money than this boat. Bravo's shouldn't hurt it at that price. Add doesn't say how many hrs on motors and drives, also that logo on the backrest looks terrible. Does pbc finance older boats?

Also, the pre-90 Cafe cabins had the 2 "full length" couches similar to the old Flat Decks. Now that I have 2 kiddos I'm probably going to wish I had that layout instead.

The pricing issue was completely my fault. I'm man enough to admit my mistake and fall on my sword. I have two 1990 Cigarettes listed, both were at 49,950 until late Friday afternoon when the owner of the Bullet requested I lower his price to an even 45,000. I was not paying attention and changed the wrong 1990 Cigarette by mistake. It has been worked out with the buyer, he's coming this weekend to view the boat as earlier agreed. Sorry for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused, I sincerely apologize for my mistake.

Didn't SKRAMER's boat get listed in the mid-40's eventually. IF so (which I believe it did) that sets the bar pretty low for what a wonderfully redone Cafe will sell for and makes this one over-priced at 50k, and probably also 45k.

I Think prices are going back up. If I listed mine today it would be at $65,950  Trades considered.

I hope it sells before mine gets on the market.
|
Always liked that Cafe.... and of course Skramers... been on both of them!!!

The buyer got financing from his credit union on this 1990, another Bullet I sold last year was an 88 and he also got financing on it. Both were from a credit union, regular banks won't usually go back that far.
Ran into that on my Cig when it was listed or sky high interest rates. Banks wont generally go back to far vs credit union who will work with their members. I think Key Bank and Essex only would go back 6 or 7 years when I looked at loans a few years ago. Glenn, are there any local CU's that PBC could work with to help folks line up financing if need be? Win Win for PBC, local community and the buyer IMO. |

I used the local Formula dealer for my 98 382 last fall, rates were good and they went 15 years too.
